Organization Structure
The consultancy team is headed by the Team Leader who is responsible to the Client for overall project direction and quality assurance and ensures that the project is executed and completed to the Client’s satisfaction. The decision-making and communication process emanates primarily from the Client.
The Team Leader will be the point of contact for the Client on all major technical and contractual issues, and will coordinate the rest of the team to ensure sufficient resources are available for successful execution of the project. For efficient service delivery, all activities will be performed under the overall guidance of the Team Leader.
The rest of the professional team shall carry out different assignments under the general direction of the Team Leader. The team comprises highly qualified and experienced staff capable of successfully carrying out the assignment
Support Infrastructure
Our support facilities comprise of secretarial services, adequate office space, transport facilities, excellent communication and data processing equipments.
Our approaches include:
Modeling of scenarios, strategies and outcomes of development interventions;
Use of GIS, Information and communication technology (ICT), and ;
Participatory tools such as participatory planning, participatory appraisal, participatory implementation and participatory monitoring and evaluation to promote ownership and accountability for the project by the communities and stakeholders;
Stakeholder/institutional mapping, analysis and/or restructuring;
Policy development, analysis and policy evaluation.
